·         Unusual cracks or bulges that appear in the ground, streets or sidewalks.

·         Dislocation of patios and decks that have tilted or moved away from the house.

·         Signs of house movement or settling such as open spaces around door jambs.

·         Foundation bulges or cracks appearing where none existed.

·         Doors and windows sticking or are difficult to open or shut.

·         Displacement of trees, retaining walls, fences, etc.

·         Broken water mains and other underground utilities.

·         Roads that have areas that have sunken or risen.

·         Water levels increasing or decreasing rapidly in creeks and streams.
