New Heavenly Body

Scientists
have confirmed the discovery of the icy, rocky body of a new
planet measuring 1,864 miles across, which is larger than Pluto,
which measures in at a diameter of about 1,429 miles.

There is
currently some debate as to whether or not UB313 should be
called a planet because no specific guidelines currently exist.
Michael Brown, an astronomer at the California
Institute of Technology, discovered UB313 in July 2005.
He and his team are using the Hubble Space Telescope to
determine the exact size of UB313.
